Soxhlet Extraction Heating Unit
Unit comprises a compact box section of mild steel housing, Heating mantles consist of coiled element supported by glass yarn net. These flexible units ensure close contact with flask surface and even distribution of heat. The housing has two vertical and two horizontal rods with clamps to fix glass apparatus. Each heating mantle is provided with an energy regulator and indicator lamp. Without glass parts.

Features:
The still produces 4 litres/hr of distilled water through a 3 kW heater housed in a horizontal borosilicate glass boiler.Boiler & Condenser: Are made of heat resistant borosilicate glass and are designed for high efficiency, boiler is with PTFE stopcock for easy cleaning. All plumbing connection are through screw thread connectors.
Stand: Powder coated for long rust free life.
Heater: 3 KW chromium plated heater fitted with a thermostat.

- Electrical Power: 220/240 V, 50/60Hz, Single Phase Supply.
- The stand is powder coated for rust free operation and lustrous appearance.
- Drain nozzle/Teflon Screw Cock is provided for easy cleaning and maintenance.
- The unit automatically switches off if water level in the boiler falls below heater.
- Distillate temperature is around 25 to 45°C which is ensured by an efficient condenser.
- Cooling water from the condenser is re-circulated into the boiling chamber, hence saving energy.
- Replaceable Silica Heater: Boiler is fitted with a removable Silica Sheathed (Quartz) Heater and
- Screw Threaded connector for ease of cleaning when scaling is formed. Quartz heaters are easy to assemble and dismantle

All Quartz Double Distillation
Specific Features:
- All Quartz Double Distillation consists of demountable upper and lower boiler.
- The lower boiler has a built in heater enclosed in a quartz boiler with a cup on top.
- The upper boiler has a built in Quartz coil and condensing unit which is mounted on the boiler with the help of ball and socket joint.
- Double Walled condenser ensures separate condensation of vapours coming from the two boilers using a single cooling circuit.
- The unit in mounted on a specially designed powder coated stand and is also provided with Safety Control Unit.
- This new dual-safety cut has accurate control of the distillation unit. It has been incorporated with advanced microprocessor based electronic circuit.
- The alpha numeric LCD which has been used shows all the messages that correspond to the running of the machine.
