This autoclave is used for sterilization purposes.
Sterilization is the complete destruction of all micro organisms including the most resistant bacteria and spores. It uses a heater assembly at the bottom for making dry saturated steam for effective sterilization.Fitted with an ON/OFF illuminated rocker switch, preset temperature controller linked to a preset timer (preset at approx. 121 degrees C/15- 16psi) and one stainless steel drum. Pressure is indicated by a pressure gauge. LED for the heater is provided.

Heating Mantles
Heating Mantles
Heating mantles are used to uniformly heat various glassware vessels such as flasks, by placing them directly on the heating element without substantially increasing the risk of glass shattering. These heating mantles are made of rolled aluminium body. The heating element is flexible, insulated and anchored securely in glass fabric. The temperature can go upto 350°C, controlled through energy regulator.
Please note that the heating element cording may be slightly brown in color. This is a result of heating during the QC process.
